Ms. Shruti Shah is an independent woman director of the Company since June 2020 and is into her first term. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She has a degree in commerce and a degree in law from University of Mumbai. She has wide experiences in in providing Tax Advisory and Estate Planning Services.
She is a partner of Pravin P. Shah & Company since August 2006 and had earlier worked in Haribhakti & Company and Aneja Associates.
