He holds Bachelors’ degrees in Science and Law from the University of Mumbai and is a solicitor by profession. His areas of specialization include banking laws, corporate laws including competition laws, exchange control laws, securities laws and regulations etc. He has been associated with the Company since 1994. He is a Member of the Managing Committee of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
