Mr. Kaushik Deva

Mr. Kaushik Deva is an independent director of the Company since June 2019 and is now into his second consecutive term.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry with triumphant stints across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Debt Syndication, Wealth Management and Family Office Services.
He began his career as a Senior Manager at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. and later worked with Lodha Capital Markets until 1999. He then joined BNP Paribas Private Banking, where he spent 13 years, rising to the position of Managing Director.
In 2014, he founded Kredere Wealth Partner, a boutique multi-family office catering to UHNI families, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
