1.The
above results were taken
on record by the Board at
its meeting held on 31st
July, 2007 and approved
the same for release.
2.The financial results
are in accordance with the
Standard Accounting Practices
followed by the Company
in preparation of its statutory
accounts.
3.The Statutory Auditors
of the Company have carried
out a limited review of
the above results in terms
of clause 41 of the listing
agreement.
4.Other income for the quarter
ended 30th June, 2007, includes
profit on sale of investments
of Rs.3158 lacs.
5.The Company has successfully
commissioned its plant at
Daman (U.T.) for manufacturing
of Leno Fabrics, Woven Sacks
& Master Batch. The
construction activities
of Fibre Dying Unit at Sarigam,
Gujarat is progressing as
per schedule.
6.Figures for the corresponding
period of the previous year/
quarter have been reworked/
regrouped/rearranged wherever
necessary to be in line
with the current period.
7.During the quarter, 194
investor complaints were
received and resolved. There
were no investor complaints/
requests pending at the
commencement and at end of
the quarter. |
